Returns & Refunds

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at Orders@windrush1027.com  with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will either send out a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

Change of Mind

If you’ve changed your mind, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. The item must be unused(including untouched seals) and in its original packaging. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

How to Return

We use Royal Mail’s Click & Drop service to make returns easier for you. Just follow these steps:

  1. Email us at orders@windrush1027.com to request a return label.

  2. We will email you a prepaid Royal Mail label.

  3. Drop the item off at your nearest Royal Mail Post Office or Delivery Office. Most locations accept QR codes so printing may not be required.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 working days.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 10 working days, please let us know. We will investigate with Royal Mail and either issue a refund or send a replacement.


Shipping Policy

We aim to get your order to you quickly and safely. Below is everything you need to know about our delivery process.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Orders placed after 3pm or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Click & Drop Convenience

We use Royal Mail’s Click & Drop service to streamline deliveries. This means your parcels are dispatched efficiently and tracked from our door to yours.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can follow your parcel's progress using Royal Mail’s online tracking tool.

Delays

Please allow a little extra time during busy periods such as holidays or postal strikes. If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days, please get in touch and we will investigate.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international locations. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
