Island Old Fasioned
Ingredients
- 50ml Windrush 1027 Classic Rum
- 5ml cinnamon syrup
- Dash of Bitters
- dash of cinnamon powder
- Garnish with orange slice (optional)
Method
- Add all ingredients to mixing glass
- Stir down for 15-20 seconds
- Strain into a rocks glass, add ice
- Garnish with an orange slice
1027 Spiced Apple (Hot)
Ingredients
- 50ml Windrush 1027 Spiced Rum
- 80ml apple juice
- 20ml lemon juice
- 30ml cinnamon syrup
- 1 tablespoon caster sugar
- Cinnamon stick and apple slice for garnish (optional)
Method
- Heat apple juice, lemon juice, and cinnamon syrup in a pan (don’t boil)
- Add Windrush 1027 Spiced Rum and caster sugar
- Stir until sugar dissolves
- Pour into a heatproof glass or mug
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick and apple slice
1027 Spiced Colada
Ingredients
- 50ml Windrush 1027 Spiced Rum
- 10ml fresh lime juice
- 30ml pineapple juice
- 25ml coconut purée
- 10ml sugar syrup
- Toasted coconut flakes and a lime wheel (optional)
Method
- Blend all ingredients with crushed ice until smooth
- Pour into a chilled glass
- Garnish with toasted coconut flakes and a lime wheel
