WHAT YOU'LL NEED

INGREDIENTS

• 50ml Windrush 1027
• 20ml Monin Mango Syrup
• 20ml Fresh Lime Juice
• 80ml Pineapple Juice
• 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

PUT IT TOGETHER

METHOD

1. Fill a shaker with ice.

2. Add Windrush 1027, mango syrup, lime juice, and pineapple juice.

3. Shake well until chilled.

4. Strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice.

5. Add two dashes of Angostura bitters on top.

6. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and leaf.
