WHAT YOU'LL NEED

INGREDIENTS

• 50ml Windrush 1027
• 20ml Nutmeg Syrup
• 50ml Guava Juice
• 20ml Fresh Lime Juice
• 1 dropper Miraculous Foamer

PUT IT TOGETHER

METHOD

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker, including the dropper of foamer.

2. Shake vigorously without ice (dry shake) to activate the foam.

3. Add ice and shake again until well chilled.

4. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.

5. Finish with a fine dusting of grated nutmeg on top.
